ABOUT THE LATINO 30 UNDER 30
After a two-year wait, the El Mundo Boston Latino 30 under 30 is back! The 2022 edition will mark the fifth installment of what has come to be Boston’s marquee Latinx event.
The Latino 30 under 30 honors young individuals with ties to Massachusetts making an indelible impact across the nation and world in a variety of fields including, but not limited to, Business, Sports, Community Activism, and Fine Arts. The list serves to highlight the growing and invaluable impact of the Latino community in Boston, the commonwealth and world.
Due to the concentration of elite colleges, universities and global companies in Greater Boston, the region is home to a disproportionately high number of outstanding young talent. The best and brightest the country has to offer come to Boston and this is where the future Latino leaders of America come of age.
Local schools have produced Latino graduates that have gone on to run the country and impact Latino communities across the nation. Local firms today employ superstar Latino talent that will one day run their companies and dictate the local and national economy. This list shines a light on those individuals who we should all keep an eye on.
Nomination Process
Nominations for the Latino 30 under 30 open on August 4th and close on September 1st, 2022 at 11:59 pm. They can be submitted by a third party or you can nominate yourself. Submit a nomination today!
For the first and only time, nominations are being extended to nominees who are 31 years old and under during the calendar year. This is being done in fairness to candidates whose last year of eligibility may have been last year’s edition which was postponed.
Any nominations that were submitted during the nomination window in 2021 will be honored without the need to be resubmitted.
