Enna is a senior IT and Business Professional with expertise in Quality Assurance Management and Team Restructuring and Transformation. Her career spans over 25 years of working in multiple industries such as financial services, education, advertising and many software and startup companies. Currently, Enna manages the QA function across all IT teams at Eastern Bank and is responsible for creating a centralized QA team. She has a huge passion for Diversity and Inclusion, talent engagement and community organizations. She was the recipient of the Year Up Outstanding Manager Award in January 2014 while working at Wellington Management and in 2016 was named as one of the 100 Most Influential Leaders for the Latino community in MA by El Planeta Newspaper. Enna is the President of the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA) Boston Chapter, a nationally recognized Latino organization whose mission is to empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation. 

 

Enna was just appointed to the Latino Advisory Commission for the State of MA for a 4-year term by Governor Baker. She was also appointed by the Governor to the Commonwealth Corporation Board of Directors for a 3-year term and is specifically working on the Board’s Youth Committee. Enna is also part of the Hyde Square Task Force Board of Directors. Enna sits on the Beaver Country Day School Board of Trustee (2015-18). She served a 2- year term as SVP of Project Management Office to the ALPFA Boston Board (2015-2016) and served as Chair, Programming Committee (2014-2015). In 2016, Enna completed her term as Simmons College Board of Trustee and a 3-year term as President, Simmons College Alumnae Association Executive Board. Enna is a 2012 graduate from The Partnership Fellows Leadership program and is a Certified Software Testing Professional from the International Institute for Software Testing. Enna earned her Bachelor of Science from Simmons College as a double major in Computer Science and Spanish and a Certificate from the Simmons Graduate School of Management Executive Leadership Program. 

 

Enna is a sub-committee member of Latinos In Action, the latino employee network group at Eastern Bank. While at Wellington Management, Enna was co-chair of the disAbilities Business Network as an ally to the group, and co-chair of Conexiones, the Latino Business Network Group during 2012 and 2013. She was the co-chair of the IT Diversity Committee during 2011-12 and a member of the IT Diversity Planning Committee 2013-2015. Enna was a Team Leader on the Wellington Foundation Grant Review Committee 2013-2016 and a participant since 2010. 

 

Prior to joining Eastern Bank, Enna spent 6 years at Wellington Management as VP of Quality Assurance. Enna also worked as QA Director at Bluestreak, a small ad serving company. She also worked at First Marblehead where she created a Quality Assurance Center of Excellence for the entire company. Enna also worked at MFS in various QA groups for 6 years.
