Keith W. Marion is the Program Manager for the Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare Corporate Inclusion Initiative. He reports directly to the Chief Inclusion Officer and supports an organization of 1,100+ employees where inclusion is a core value and business imperative. He joined Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare in 2004 as the Senior Web Producer in the Customer Service Sales and Operation Planning organization, following this he transitioned into the Corporate Inclusion Initiative as Program Manager and team leader for the company.

Prior to joining Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare, Keith was employed by Scudder Kemper Investments in Boston, Massachusetts and held a number of positions across the organization that include Call Center and Correspondence Manager, Certified Project Manager, Business Analyst, and AVP of E-Business Development.

Keith graduated from Lincoln University, PA with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business Administration and Finance as a double major. Keith is a lifetime learner that is an avid reader that believes that through knowledge there is no limit. 

​

 

Mr. Marion is an active participant in many business and community affairs including YMCA Young Achievers Board member, Blue Hills Boys & Girls Club Board member, Project REACH, Work Without Limits, The Carroll Center, The New England Basketball Academy, and The Boston Bobcat Foundation. The Boston Business Journal and YMCA of Greater Boston have honored him for outstanding achievements.

Keith resides in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife Robin and son Mason. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, adventure activities, sports and coaching.
