Liseth J. Velez is a contemporary, detail-oriented entrepreneur and founder of L.J.V. Development, LLC (April 2018), which specializes in commercial and government construction projects. Supporting her entrepreneurial endeavors is a wealth of real-world experiences and established schooling. Over the last several years, Liseth has negotiated hundreds of transactions. It resulted in the privilege to lead, orchestrate, and implement several successful projects through different offices occupied in all the organizations she has worked with throughout her career.
 
Years of military experience (2012-2018) offered opportunities, as well. Liseth has experience in several high-level sectors and industries, which resulted in testimonials from her work as an HVAC Technician and Construction personnel in the U.S. Air Force National Guard. In her positions, she was tasked with overseeing site works, while leading a team repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial refrigeration systems.
 
Her commitment to excellence was acknowledged throughout her military career. While serving overseas, she earned the Army Achievement Medal for saving DoD $20k/deterred $4M system failure. Exposure to these experiences and many others helped hone her attitude of total commitment and unalloyed work consciousness, which will be essential traits to ensure the success of L.J.V. Development.
 
Currently, Liseth lives in Massachusetts, where she leads L.J.V. Development as Founder & CEO. Liseth enjoys traveling, playing golf, and cultural immersion when visiting new places.
